Shipping policy

Pick-Up Days and Policies:

Pick-up Location: Devon House, Kingston Jamaica.
For arranging pick-up on a different day and time, please reach out via contact us page to discuss viable options for both parties.
Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.

 

Shipping Days and Policies:
Shipments are made every Saturday via Indriver Courier Services exclusively within the Kingston Region.

All other deliveries will be shipped via Knutsford Express this will be exclusively for island-wide deliveries. 

DiDroolFactory is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.
Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping/delivery and arrival dates.
DiDroolfactory is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping/delivery companies.
